Clawd is back!! We awoke at about 6.00am to squeaky sounds at our bedroom door. And there sat 'His Nibs'! His one cheek was swollen and he limped on one back leg, but did not look too bad. He drank and drank water, and ate a lot of food, and just wanted to be cuddled. What a relief!
Only 2 children came to Good News club. We later found out that it was Tourism Day, and some were involved in Girl Guide activites.

SO glad, Hazel!! Your little baby is all grown up and off to find his place in the world, but obviously still considers you his family and his home. I think this means you'll have him forever?!
ReplyDeleteSo relieved!!! One wishes he could talk and tell the story of where he had been and what had happened to him. Obviously his mum was wrong to abandon him, thinking he was not worth caring for because he was too weak or unintelligent. He must be quite the toughy!
