Day 2

While the men went to the minister's fraternal meeting in the morning, I showed Claudia around the shops.

Unfortunately the Anglican clergy chose to not attend any of our meetings - including the fraternal.

Graeme took "The Three" to visit the Boer cemetery that is on Baptist land.

They had quite a bit of fun when Joe discovered an incorrectly spelt Boer surname on the cenotaph.  He saluted, and then apologised to the deceased "Petgieter" for the terrible mistake.  The men were then ordered to salute all the dead Boers...

                                        
In the afternoon Graeme, Errol and Claudia went to the Old Age home (The Community Care Centre) while I took Joe to the sheltered accommodation in Longwood.

We had our evening meal with Prudie and Pat Francis before holding a seminar on "Sharing your Faith" in the Jamestown Schoolroom.

  Joe gave a short message on evangelism and then Errol went through the basics of  "how to" share our faith.
